A shooting in Cleveland took place just after midnight Monday morning at the 2300 block of Blackburn Road at Springbrook Apartments, leaving one dead and another injured.
The deceased victim has been identified as 18-year-old Adam Johnson.
The other victim, a juvenile, was transported to a local hospital by EMS and is reportedly improving, listed in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
