UPDATE at 10:03 p.m.: Twayne Bedford was found and safely returned home, according to a spokesperson with the Chattanooga Police Department.

Chattanooga police are seeking information on a missing 13-year-old boy.
Twayne Bedford left his home on foot Saturday afternoon, according to a news release, and has been classified as an "endangered runaway."
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Chattanooga police at 698-2525.
Bedford is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 75 pounds, according to the news release, and was wearing a black shirt, black shorts and slide shoes.
He has shoulder-length dreads with blonde tips.
The news release said Twayne has a history of leaving home without permission and that he left Saturday because he did not want to be disciplined.
