A board meeting for the Hospital Authority of Catoosa, Dade and Walker Counties was cancelled Thursday night because not enough members showed up.

With only Bill Cohen, Robert Goff and Dr. Darrell Weldon in attendance, attorney Tom Weldon called off the meeting. The board cannot meet without at least five of its eight members present.
