Michael Anthony was turning off Ridge Bay Drive when he lost control and crashed into a house on the 7600 block of Cove Ridge Drive at approximately 6 p.m., according to the release.
The truck hit a vehicle in the driveway before crashing through the house and hitting another car parked in the garage.
The owners of the home and their 3-year-old child were not home at the time, according to the release.
The incident is under investigation and no charges have been filed, according to the release.
