Hamilton County prosecutors announced Tuesday they want to revoke a 20-year-old woman's bond for her alleged role in the fireworks pandemonium on Dec. 26 at Hamilton Place mall.

Police say Diamond Jones and three accomplices stole $1,000 in merchandise from the Victoria's Secret PINK store that day, setting off a handful of fireworks to cover their escape. The pandemonium injured three people.

Police arrested Jones, 20; Garrian King, 22; and Darrisha Landmon, 25, that same week. On New Year's Eve, they picked up a fourth accomplice, Reese Cosby, 31.

Only Jones made it out of the Hamilton County Jail, though, posting a $14,000 bond on Dec. 29. During her first court appearance Tuesday, assistant district attorney Ben Boyer filed a petition to revoke her bond, meaning she could return to custody. She must return to General Sessions Court Jan. 18 for a bond hearing that will determine her status.

"If you pick up any new charges between now and then, I will hold you without bond regardless," Judge Lila Statom told her. "Just don't go shopping. You don't have any money, you don't need to shop."

Police said Jones also was arrested in November for shoplifting at the Belk store at Hamilton Place. Because she received a "trespass ban notice" that day, she faces an additional charge of aggravated criminal trespass in this incident. Jones also was charged with reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and theft of property. Her charges from both arrests have been lumped together, records show.

Statom also reassigned Landmon and King's next court date to Jan. 18. Landmon is incarcerated at Silverdale Correctional Facility on a $26,000 bond, while King and Cosby remain in the county jail on $100,000 and $41,500 bonds, respectively, officials said. Cosby, meanwhile, appears Friday before Statom.

Landmon, King and Jones were picked up after police said they identified them in mall video footage. They traced King, who is on probation, back to Hamilton Place around the time of the incident using his GPS monitor, records show.

All four of them face charges of disorderly conduct, theft of property and reckless endangerment.
