Two people accused of participating in the fireworks fracas at Hamilton Place mall in December were sent to the grand jury this week.

Diamond Jones and Reese Cosby could face charges in Criminal Court if jurors return an indictment for their theft of property, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment charges. Their alleged accomplices, Darrisha Landmon and Garrian King, remain in custody and will next appear March 15 before General Sessions Court Judge Lila Statom.

Police say Cosby, Jones, King and Landmon walked into Victoria's Secret PINK store on Dec. 26, stole $1,000 in merchandise and set off a handful of fireworks to cover their escape. The pandemonium injured three people.

During her first appearance earlier this month, prosecutors filed to revoke Jones' $14,000 bond, which she made four days after the incident. On Wednesday, prosecutors took a step back and agreed to send Jones to the grand jury on the same bond, said her lawyer, Chris Dixon.

Landmon, King and Jones were picked up after police identified them in mall video footage. They traced King, who is on probation, back to Hamilton Place around the time of the incident using his GPS monitor, records show.

After arresting Jones, King and Landmon that same week, police picked up Cosby on New Year's Eve. Landmon is incarcerated at Silverdale Correctional Facility on a $26,000 bond, while King and Cosby remain in the county jail on $91,500 and $41,500 bonds, respectively, records show.
