The Chattanooga Market was full of pageantry on Sunday as ArtsBuild, city of Chattanooga and Hamilton County, in partnership with Chattanooga State's International Community Outreach Office, co-hosted CultureFest, a celebration of the diverse cultures that make up the Scenic City.
