JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) - A 19-year-old woman has pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular homicide after she was accused of killing a Jackson couple while drag racing on her way to meet friends at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

News outlets report that Markarious Searcy entered her plea Tuesday, the day her trial was set to begin. She had rejected a plea agreement two weeks ago.

Court documents say Searcy and Jordan Bailey were weaving through traffic as they raced down Vann Drive on July 31, 2015. Searcy collided with Thomas "Jay" Hogan and Julie Hogan as they were turning, killing both.

Bailey's trial date has not yet been set.

Searcy also pleaded guilty to one count of reckless endangerment and one count of reckless driving. Her sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 12.
