Chattanooga robbery suspect sought

A robbery suspect is the subject of this week's Crime Stoppers.

According to Chattanooga police, the robbery victim was meeting an acquaintance in the parking lot of the Bi-Lo at 7804 East Brainerd Road to buy a set of rims for his Jeep.

The acquaintance had another man with him who pistol-whipped the victim and stole his wallet, according to the police news release.

The suspect has been identified as Jacque Hambrick, 20, of 4723 Jersey Pike. He is 6 feet, 4 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Warrants have been issued for Hambrick on charges of especially aggravated robbery and criminal conspiracy. He is also wanted for probation violation, police said.
