Chattanooga police said Timothy Pam called the victim and asked for his help paying a utility bill so his power wouldn't be turned off. The victim agreed but said he wanted to see a copy of the bill.

The victim went to the bank to get the money and then met Pam. But instead of showing him a bill, Pam pulled a handgun and took the cash, according to police. He left in a Ford Mustang driven by a white female, police said.

Pam, 26, is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known address is 4930 Swan Road. He is wanted on a charge of aggravated robbery.

Anyone with information on Pam could earn a cash reward of up to $1,000. Call Crime Stoppers at 423-698-3333.
