Defense attorney Walter Alan Rose arrested in drug sting

Cumberland County, Tenn., sheriff's deputies have arrested defense attorney Walter Alan Rose on charges he bought oxycodone off undercover law enforcement agents, said sheriff's office Chief Investigator Casey Cox.

The transaction took place at the Highway 111 Truck Stop in Cookeville, Tenn., about 6 p.m. CDT on Sunday. At the time of arrest, Rose also had marijuana and a handgun.
