Good for You: Volunteers help Tyner install field lights

Tyner High and Tyner Middle schools want to give a great big shout-out to all of those responsible for helping Tyner install field lights at the multi-purpose field at Tyner Middle.

They were just recently completed and are now up and running. It was a project that took many years and many volunteers. Ed Coffey and Tom Barringer at the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce did a yeoman's work finding us the equipment and resources. Sgt. Chris Hartman and the awesome guys at the Air National Guard installed poles, leveled the field, etc. The main men of electricity at the Hamilton County Department of Education: Chris Porter, Stacey Swafford and Harold Thrower were awesome as were Greg Wilkey and Rachel Duke. We never would have been able to complete the project without so much help.

We also want to thank Pastor Danny Hesterly and City Church for all you do to make things happen around Tyner. We couldn't do this without you all. Thank each and every one of you so much.
