Good Deed: Grateful Barn Nursery customer thanks staff for helping her find key

A few weeks ago I lost my car key at the Barn Nursery. I had no other key available and I live in Dayton (50-plus miles away). It was a pretty, sunny Saturday afternoon with lots of customers. When I told the fellas at the checkout area about the lost key, they were on their phones calling all the staff to look for the key.

Several staff members retraced steps with me, and one young lady named Brittany searched multiple places because she had helped me in numerous areas that day. Brittany finally (after what seemed at least an hour and some prayers) did find the key where it had pulled off the key ring in the small yard flags.

The entire staff at the Barn Nursery went beyond and above any customer service I have ever experienced. Brittany especially was so helpful even before the key was lost and then took special interest in the search.
