Caregivers are constantly being told they need to find time for themselves.
Well, thanks to Mike Guidry and his staff at Chattanooga's Senior Helpers, these true unsung heroes got their wish. Recently, the Alzheimer's Association held a seminar to help families deal with taking care of their loved ones. Senior Helpers volunteered their time to take care of several families and their needs at home so these caregivers could attend this important retreat. A simple gift of time. Now that's the holiday spirit!
