Glenwood residents appreciate new police chief 's personal touch

Thank you Police Chief Fred Fletcher for attending our June neighborhood meeting. Our Station House 5 and Echo sector representatives from the Fire and Police Departments graciously agreed to be our guests and meet our Glenwood residents.

To our surprise, Dr. Paul Smith and newly appointed Police Chief Fletcher entered the room. They listened patiently during our meeting, and when they were introduced, warmed the room with their humbleness and true interest.

Of all the places they could have been that evening, they chose the Glenwood Neighborhood Association. We thank them for their presence, enthusiasm and openness.
