Donors help East Lake church
Greater New Hope Church of God in Christ was in need of a church sign. After purchasing the church in August 2013, we moved in immediately. There was so much work to be done in renovating, we simply had no funds for the much-needed sign.
I prayed for direction in seeking a donor and was led to attorney Mark Warren for help. Once I presented the idea to him and gave him some background information on the membership's vision for impacting the East Lake community, Mr. Warren was instantly on board.
We now have the lighted sign on the property at 4009 12th Ave. We are most grateful for the kindness and sincere concern shown by the Warren and Griffin law firm. We are continuing to renovate and update the property as we bring the message of love, hope and salvation to this community.
