A holiday concert by choirs from Ooltewah Middle and Soddy Elementary schools was held recently at Woodmore Elementary School. It was just a small way for these kids to show their love and support to Woodmore students and faculty after all they've been through since November's tragic bus accident.
A special thank you to Children's Hospital at Erlanger, Zaxby's, Art Creations, Great American Music, Hamilton County Parks and Recreation and the school bus drivers who donated their time and gas mileage to make this event happen.
What these students learned was an invaluable lesson of helping complete strangers. It was all part of a community healing together. This truly was in the spirit of giving.
