Writer guarantees Greenholtz best choice

I have been privileged to know Tom Greenholtz for more than 20 years. Tom's the very definition of a true American success story.

After Tom's dad died when he was 15 years old, he was faced with the choice of hard work to succeed or live as a victim of his circumstances as a homeless kid with no support. He made the right choices then and now influences lives of others every day as judge in Criminal Court in making similar choices that are tough but right.

Tom and his wife, Kathy, are not strangers to serving others and have been busy doing just that with the Chambliss Center for Children and Orange Grove Center.

To Tom, serving as judge is more than a job. Among his peers and legal colleagues, Tom is held in high esteem for his legal experience and abilities. He is truly committed to excellence.

I am able to personally guarantee there is no better fit for Hamilton County Criminal Court judge than Tom Greenholtz. Vote for the right choice.

Patterson best pick for Criminal Court

I am writing to support Boyd Patterson for Criminal Court judge.

I had the pleasure of working with Boyd at the Gang Task Force, where he was the coordinator.

During that time, I discovered that Boyd was not simply a boss but a leader. He created an atmosphere of equality within our office, where everyone was respected, listened to and appreciated. All ideas were heard, considered and discussed, and decisions were made with input from the entire team.

In addition to this strong leadership style, Boyd has the quality of vitality important to a judge: Before making a decision, he studies and researches the issues at hand, asking questions before moving to a conclusion. This habit will ensure all are treated fairly in his courtroom.

Boyd's passion for effecting change in our community is amazing. It's not lip service or politics, it's a deep-seated desire to see our community become safe and vital for all its members.

I urge you to vote for Boyd Patterson for Criminal Court judge. You will be voting for a honest and good-hearted man who cares for all of Hamilton County and who will uphold the laws of our state.

Little's law journey recommends him

I am writing to offer my support to Mike Little, who is a candidate for Criminal Court judge.

I have known Mike since 1991, when he became the bailiff for Criminal Court. I watched him enter law school while raising a family within a good church environment.

Mike is honest, fair and more than capable to be judge.

I believe Mike Little is the person best qualified to be our next Criminal Court judge.
