Good Deed: Students from Notre Dame High School transform community health center

Good Deed

Students from Notre Dame High School brought paint brushes, enthusiasm and creativity to Erlanger's Dodson Avenue Community Health Center and transformed three pediatric exam rooms and the pediatric waiting room into a comforting, fun environment for children.

Thank you to art teacher Amy Brauer who gathered the young artists together for a full day of painting. The goal was to put a child at ease and offer an escape from any stress or discomfort the child may be experiencing in a doctor's office. The kids now can imagine a trip to space, a tropical forest or a ride in a hot air balloon. Community partners Integra Wealth, Chattanooga Civitan Club and Sherwin-Williams North Chattanooga donated money and supplies for the project.

Thank you for the kids,

Angel Moore
