Hey Hillary, "some people" — millions, actually — didn't have "real problems with the idea of a woman president." The problem was that the woman was you.

Changing course: Which health care program covers whiplash?

Why can't we have a Republican senator like John McCain? A war hero and one who loves his country over party.

So sorry to lose Chief Fred Fletcher. Guess he got tired of trying to fight crime with one hand tied behind his back.

United passenger dragged off plane; welcome to Trump world. Sorry if you are offended, but you know it's true.

I would feel safer if Tea Leoni were our secretary of state.

In one sense, Donald Trump, having mastered the art of recycling material from the south end of a north-bound bull, is the quintessential conservationist.

Why does the media favor Democrats? Could it be that they read more, study more, and are, in short, more knowledgeable?

Bike paths downtown are a certainly progressive but they make parking difficult and therefore, affect profits. What's next, horse trails?

McCallie rowing team: Mabel Street near Manker Patten is a public road. Find somewhere else to park when loading your boats into the river!

Are the signs at the Ridge cut stating that trucks use the right two lanes a suggestion or is it the law? It's not working.

When is East Ridge going to do something about people using the bicycle lanes between Moore and McBrian roads as express lanes to the next turn?

Thanks so much for the Reader Photos of Peaches, the Boston terrier. The pictures make us laugh all day.

Why waste the time, space and money on factless commentaries that no one reads anyway? Use that space for something that makes more sense. "Disneyland."

The City council has some interesting new faces. Let's see how the mayor handles them come budget time. Grab your popcorn!
