Do you think the city should scale back police and fire pensions?

How about putting the money used to hire a task force and a consultant into the police pension fund.

Let's evaluate city salaries across the board. Who gets shot at daily and runs into [a] burning building to save our families, and are paid less than most city employees?

My pension has been "scaled back" twice within the last 15 years. Personally, it has been difficult. However, I fail to see why city employees should not be subject to the same challenges as the rest of us.
