The Chattanooga City Council will now have five appointments to make on the city's Health, Education and Housing Facilities Board.

Councilman Jerry Mitchell said Tuesday board member Stephanie Crowe resigned from the board.

Prior to Tuesday, there were four appointments on the board. There were two vacancies, member Hicks Armor's term was expired and long-time Chairman William Bulls resigned last week amid questions about his residency.

The Council has accepted applications for the posts and will vote next week to make appointments.
