The Greater Chattanooga Democratic Women's Club will hold its 40th anniversary celebration luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Chattanooga Choo Choo's Roosevelt Room, 1400 Market St.
Jenny Carter, president of the Tennessee Federation of Democratic Women's Clubs, will be the featured speaker. Mayor Andy Berke will welcome the guests and City Councilman Moses Freeman also will speak.
