NASHVILLE -- The state Senate voted 22-9 today to re-refer a bill making the "Holy Bible" the state's official book to the Judiciary Committee.

Senate Majority Leader Mark Norris, R-Collierville, made the motion, saying it was necessary in light of a legal opinion from Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery that called the measure unconstitional.
