The Raines Group, Inc. is a Chattanooga commercial real estate company that specializes in property management, leasing, brokerage, facilities planning, design and construction management.
The company was started by William B. Raines Jr. and Joe Rodgers on July 1, 1984 under its original name: The Center Group, Inc. Raines bought Rodgers' share of the company in 1988, and has been the sole owner since then. Since its inception, The Raines Group has provided property services to more than 10 million square feet of commercial property across the South.
