The Charlotte Mabry Team, a Chattanooga real estate team, has decided to show its appreciation for the first responders who make the community safe for everyone.
As a result, they are beginning the Help for the Heroes program, which will offer a 10 percent discounted rate to active duty first responders who use their services to buy or sell a home. This means that a member of our military, police officer, firefighter, EMT or other first responder who buys or sells a house using The Charlotte Mabry Team will see a 10 percent reduction in the commission that the company would normally get. If they use the company to both sell a home and buy a new home, the discount will be refl ected on both transactions.
The first to get the discount from Charlotte Mabry, right, is Signal Mountain police officer Scott Ogrodowczyk.The Charlotte Mabry Team says they decided to offer this discount because of how much they appreciate the time and effort fi rst responders put into making this such a wonderful community - and the risk that goes along with such a noble profession. The program's web site, helpfortheheroes.com, provides information about the program, as well as contact information so that active duty first responders can find out how to qualify for the discount.
