Georgia junior power forward Trey Thompkins will enter the 2011 NBA draft and plans to hire an agent, Bulldogs coach Mark Fox announced this morning.

The 6-foot-10 Thompkins has been a first-team All-Southeastern Conference selection the past two seasons, when he led the Bulldogs in scoring and rebounding. Georgia finished this past season with a 21-12 record, losing to Washington 68-65 in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

Thompkins finishes his Georgia career with 1,396 points and 693 rebounds.

Bulldogs junior guard Travis Leslie has decided to submit his name to the list of underclassmen for the NBA draft but will not hire an agent. The deadline for underclassmen to withdraw from draft consideration and maintain their eligibility is May 8.

The 6-4 Leslie has 1,099 points in his career.
