The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis team has added another four-star recruit plus a three-star prospect to its two four-star players from the fall signing period, coach Jeff Clark announced Wednesday.

The two new signees are Katie Polk from Woodstock, Ga., and Alison Storie from Johnson City, Tenn., and Science Hill High School. The previous recruits were Kayla Jones of Memphis, ranked No. 3 in Tennessee, and Kelsey Coots from Huntsville, Ala.

Polk is ranked No. 6 in Georgia and has been training at the Blackman Tennis Academy in Florida, and Storie is ranked No. 5 in Tennessee. Her three-star status is according to TennisRecruiting.net, and she won the B Flight singles title at the recent Rotary tournament in Chattanooga.

"I am delighted that Katie will be joining our tennis program at Chattanooga," Clark said of Polk. "She brings a wealth of high-level tournament experience, along with a strong work ethic and motivation to improve. Alison is a talented player and has been one of the top players in Tennessee. Her best tennis is still ahead of her, and I am happy she will be a Chattanoga Moc."

The Lady Mocs are losing four seniors from their Southern Conference semifinalist squad.
