Brandon Morris, a junior forward on Georgia's basketball team, is facing a felony charge after getting arrested early Sunday morning for marijuana possession with the intent to sell.

According to the Athens-Clarke County jail booking report, Morris was booked at 3:21. Bond was set at $2,500, which he posted just before noon.

The 6-foot-7, 215-pounder from Lithonia, Ga., averaged 8.6 points and 3.4 rebounds for a Bulldogs team that finished tied for second in Southeastern Conference play with a 12-6 record and lost in the second round of the NIT to Louisiana Tech. He started 25 of 31 games but was suspended for the first three for undisclosed rules violations.

Georgia basketball coach Mark Fox had not commented publicly on the arrest as of Sunday night.
