The 6-foot-5, 320-pounder is rated the No. 3 defensive tackle nationally by 247Sports.com and the No. 6 overall prospect. Rivals.com ranks Rochester as the No. 5 defensive tackle and the No. 46 overall prospect.
Rochester is the 13th commitment in Georgia's class, and he vaulted the Bulldogs to No. 3 in Scout.com's team standings behind Ohio State and Miami.
