The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga volleyball team lost 3-0 to TCU and to host Creighton in the Bluejay Invitational tournament Saturday in Omaha, Neb. The Mocs went 0-3 in the tournament and are 5-5.

TCU's winning scores were 25-12, 25-12, 26-24, and the only UTC player with more than five kills was Miranda Elpers with nine. She also had 13 digs to go with 11 by Rachel Petkosh, and Madison Bergren had 18 assists.

Kristy Wieser and Allie Davenport each had eight kills and Bergren had 23 assists in the 25-14, 25-19, 25-12 defeat by Creighton (4-4). Petkosh had nine digs, Bailey Clemons adding eight.

- At West Palm Beach, Fla., Lee University bounced back from two season-opening losses Friday in the Bash at the Beach and beat Florida Tech 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-15) and defeated Bridgeport 3-1 (25-22, 25-23, 18-25, 25-20).

Silvia Sartori had 13 kills and 10 digs in the first win and 11 kills and 22 digs in the second for the Lady Flames, while Brooke Wilsman had eight kills and 11 digs and then 20 kills and 15 digs. Carly Callahan added 11 kills against the Connecticut team, when Sadie Johnson and Kristi Farley had 26 and 18 assists and Makayla Beebe had 17 digs for the second match in a row. Johnson and Farley had 17 and 14 assists against Florida Tech.

- At Dayton, Tenn., Bryan College finally played a home match and won it 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 26-24) over Cumberlands, as Hannah Smith and Paige Lawson had 13 and 11 kills and Shelby Enochs had 30 assists. Kayla Rymer led the Lady Lions (7-4) in digs with 11.

- At Knoxville, Alexan Crittenden totaled 53 assists as Tennessee Wesleyan improved to 3-7 with 3-0 wins over host Johnson and Midway. Sierra Ingraham had 15 kills and 10 digs, Breelee Arms and Kailyn Lillie each had 10 digs as well and Avery Hilliard downed eight kills in the 25-13, 25-19, 25-12 rout of Johnson, and Sundara Chinn and Ingraham had 13 and nine kills with Lillie making 12 digs in the 25-22, 25-15, 25-22 defeat of Midway.

- At Memphis, Sewanee bounced back from its first loss of the season, 3-1 to LaGrange late Friday night, with a 3-2 defeat of LeTourneau, and Covenant beat Millsaps 3-1 (19-25, 25-23, 25-18, 25-19) late Friday and lost 3-1 (25-19, 16-25, 27-25, 25-16) to Birmingham-Southern and 3-0 (25-10, 25-23, 25-23) to host Rhodes on Saturday.

Sewanee (5-1) edged LeTourneau 25-19, 25-22, 18-25, 14-25, 15-9 with 10 kills and 10 digs from Diamond Stewart, 29 digs from Sara Jayne Sutton, 16 and 15 assists and 11 digs each from Anna Wilson and Constance Connolly and seven kills apiece from Stephanie Price, Rebecca Rowan and Mason Gardelia.

Schuyler Moore had 40 assists and 23 digs, Ginny Moore had 14 kills and 24 digs, Jessica Seehorn added 12 kills and Emily Moore had 18 digs for Covenant (2-5) against Millsaps. Schuyler had 37 assists and 23 digs and her sister had 12 kills and 17 digs against BSC, when Seehorn had 13 kills and 10 digs, Chloe Storm had 10 kills and Mariah Corney had 12 digs. Schuyler had 17 assists and 12 digs and Hannah Stewart had 11 digs against Rhodes.
