MOCS REPORT

UTC has dropped seven consecutive games and has topped 60 points just twice in that span. Shooting has been a problem, with the Mocs making more than 38 percent in just one game during the losing streak. Even the usually steady Bouldin has struggled, scoring just 10 points total the past two games.

LADY RAIDERS REPORT

MTSU is coming off a 21-point win over UNC Asheville in which Hayes scored 31 points, her best as a college player. The senior leads the team in rebounding with an average of 6.5 per contest and assists at nearly four a game. Coach Rick Insell, who has taken the team to nine NCAA tournaments, is getting good work from his freshman starters, Sutton and Whittington.

KEY MATCHUP

The Mocs will try to find their game in The Bronx and might look to exploit a size edge inside with Lee. This is the first meeting between the two schools in 12 years, and it's simple for UTC: The losing streak can end if the shooting picks up.
