Well, we're back and we're whipped. We need a vacation to recover from our vacation, if that makes any sense.

photo This undated image released by Disney shows Disney characters Anna, left, and her sister Elsa, right, from the animated film "Frozen" at Princess Fairytale Hall with a young fan at a meet-and-greet at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

Here's what we know about Disney:

1. The memories, smiles and laughs of children there are forever and magical.

2. The crying-to-kid ratio of that place is amazingly low.

3. No place outside of the U.S. Treasury prints money faster. Seriously.

That said, it was worth every penny. As far as vacations go, it was arguably the best ever.

Thanks to the regulars for playing along last week and keeping the 5-at-10 matriculating down the field. Now, back to the salt mines, and we'll be back on the air this afternoon from 3-6 on ESPN 105.1 FM on Press Row, who Lou Gehrig-esque trooper David Paschall and Wells Guthrie.

Good times. No great times.

From the "Talks too much" studios, let the madness begin.

Weekend winners

Kentucky. The Wildcats finished the regular season 31-0. Now on to the dog and pony show that is the SEC tournament, then the Dance. Step one is complete and the Wildcats have been a fun follow.

photo Jasmine Joyner goes for at shot during the Mocs' 78-44 romp past UNC Greensboro in the opening round of the SoCon tournament Thursday. Joyner had a career game with 22 points and 10 rebounds in only 23 minutes of play.

Buster Skrine. More on the NFL below, but the former UTC defensive back is about to get paid in a market where the top three corners and the best safety available have already agreed on new deals.

UTC women's hoops. Jim Foster and Co. handled their BID-ness and are dancing. They deserve a seed around 7, but could get a 9. Either way, we stand by our statement last week that Foster deserves national coach of the year consideration, and with the collection of talent coming back, the UTC women's basketball team is going to be a national presence for the next few years.

Dustin Johnson. Dude could make this list almost on a weekly basis because he is a pro golfer with an eight-figure bank account and engaged to Paulina Gretzky, who is a super model with a nine-figure bank account (thanks Dad). That said, D.J. won at Doral on Sunday and has to be on the short-list of names to know heading to Augusta next month.

Weeken's losers

photo Tennessee guard Josh Richardson, right, is called for a foul against Texas A&M guard Jordan Green as Tennessee guard Derek Reese, left, looks on during the Vols' 67-61 loss Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville. The Vols are battling to stay in the top half of SEC standings.

UTC men's hoops. As much success and fun as the 2015 run was, the end was bitter and abrupt.

UT hoops. Talk about limping to the finish. Man, the Vols are cooked.

J.B. Holmes. Dude made bogeys on the first three holes Sunday and gagged a five-shot lead. Not good times. Bad times in fact.

NASCAR. Who won? Exactly.

NFL free agency

The moves have started but NFL free agents can't officially sign until tomorrow.

What we know is this:

Franchises are built in the draft but championship contenders are forged this week with the reworking rosters and management of the salary cap to retain quality pieces.

Sure, a star-studded signing like Ndamukong Suh - for nine figures, $60 million of which is guaranteed - turns heads but are the Dolphins any closer to winning a Super Bowl with him? Maybe a step or three but they are not on the short list of frontrunners.

So the Fish make a splash, and Suh is certainly a difference-making defender who changes game-plans and demands double-teams, but Miami was certainly more than one piece from a title.

There are a slew of big names on the market and where they land will make a huge difference in title expectations.

Early winners include Green Bay, which convinced Randall Cobb to take less money to stay with the Packers, and New England, which reportedly has agreed to terms with Devin McCourty and appears willing to spend the top-line dollars on Darrelle Revis.

This and that

- TFP ace sports columnist Mark Wiedmer on the Syracuse debacle. Here's another question: How did Bruce Pearl get the book thrown at him for a Bar-B-Q and lying when Jimmy Boeheim has more than a decade of complete and tootle rule ignorance and gets nine games?

photo Bruce Pearl

- Man, the time changing is slap dominating the 5-at-10 clan. Monday was a mess at the compound. Yours?

- From the irresponsible journalism department, this story appeared on the main page of Yahoo.com this morning. It's about the five worst states in which to grow old. The story is fine, the sketchy journalism comes from the lead picture off the main page, which is the Market Street Bridge and the Tennessee Aquarium in downtown Chattanooga. Did we mention that Tennessee is not one of the worst five states in the list? It's a nice picture though, even if it is totally misleading and a complete misnomer.

Today's question

As always, who won the weekend? Who lost it? We forgot to mention the Hawks above, and they could be on each list since they beat the Cavs and lost to the 76ers this weekend. Ah the NBA. It's fantastically long.

In other news, Happy Luther Day. Rushmore of Luthers in honor of Luther Masingill. Also celebrating a birthday today is Brian Bosworth (the anti-Luther in a lot of respects who turns 50 today) and Webster star Emmanuel Lewis (44).

So there's that.

Whatcha' got?
