Carlene Ryon of Hixson is sixth at 12 over, Crossville's Jean Roise it tied for seventh at 84 and Cleveland's Lisa Daubner is 10th at 86.
Mullins played even on the front nine at Signal Mountain and shot 5 over on the back. Durham birdied two holes but also had five bogeys and a double-bogey on the par-3 17th.
