Chattanooga Lookouts win 10-5 over Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- The Chattanooga Lookouts won 10-5 over the Huntsville Stars in Southern League baseball Thursday night.

Chattanooga took a 6-5 lead in the seventh inning on Kyle Russell's two-out single to right field that scored Rafael Ynoa and then added four runs in the eighth, getting a home run by Blake Smith and RBI doubles by Jake Lemmerman and J.T. Wise.

The Lookouts (12-16) trailed 5-1 entering the sixth, when they scored four runs on singles by Lemmerman, Pedro Baez, Smith and Nick Buss and also benefited from two Bradley Banks wild pitches.

Allen Webster was Chattanooga's starting pitcher and allowed five runs on eight hits in five innings, raising his ERA this season to 6.23.

Game four of a five-game series in Huntsville is tonight at 7:43 EDT. Ethan Martin (2-0, 3.58 ERA) is scheduled to start on the mound for the Lookouts, with Kyle Heckathorn (1-0, 3.18) scheduled for the Stars.
