Sewanee's Jack Gray and Eric Roddy, both graduates of the Baylor School, will compete in the United States Tennis Association/Intercollegiate Tennis Association Small College Championship starting today in Sumter, S.C. Gray and Roddy qualified when they capped their run through the Atlantic South Fall Regional Doubles Championship with a 9-7 win over Emory's Adrien Bouchet and Jonathan Jemison late last month in Murfreesboro. Gray and Roddy's opening match today in the eight-team bracket is against Wisconsin-Whitewater's Jake Humphreys and Michael Treis, the Midwest Regional champions. "We are real excited about the opportunity to compete at such a high level," Roddy said in a release from Sewanee. "Jack and I have been friends and teammates for a while, and this is great to be able to do this as a senior." Gray is a freshman, and he and Roddy qualified for status as 2015-16 ITA All-Americans with their regional title.
