MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - After a rough first day at the Spring Fling that included four loses in four games for area teams, Baylor, Soddy-Daisy and South Pittsburg won their games Wednesday morning.
Baylor beat Brentwood Academy 10-2 and will play again at 7 p.m. against the loser of the Christian Brothers-MUS matchup.
Soddy-Daisy beat Mt. Juliet 9-8 and will play again at 7 p.m. against the loser of the Collierville-Farragut matchup.
South Pittsburg beat Knoxville Grace 7-4 and will play again at 7 p.m. against FCA.
Polk County was eliminated Wednesdsay morning with a 6-5 loss to Catholic Academy of Knoxville.
