Chattanooga area high school standouts for April 30

• Hannah Morrison, Marion County: She hit a home run in a 5-1 softball defeat of Whitwell.

• Maria Walshe, East Hamilton: Throwing a three-hit shutout hitting a triple and a double, she paced the Lady Hurricanes past Tyner, 9-0.

• Jordan, Hannah and Lydia Triplett, Polk County: The cousins combined for seven hits in a 9-1 defeat of Boyd-Buchanan.

• Lydia Ritchie, Bledsoe County: Allowing only one hit, she pushed her pitching record to 21-2 as the Lady Warriors topped Cumberland County, 6-0.

• Maddie Stanley, GPS: She allowed only one hit and struck out 12 in a 10-0 whitewash of Rhea County.

• Allison Walker, Red Bank: She went 2-for-3 with a run and two RBIs while also picking up the pitching win in a 10-2 victory over CCS.

• Chasidy Ainsle, Central: She scattered five hits and went 3-for-3 in an 8-2 defeat of Ooltewah.

• Sarah Moore, Baylor: She extended her pitching record to 9-1, allowing only four hits in a 5-3 victory over Soddy-Daisy.

• Hallie Davis, Walker Valley: She hit a home run and three doubles and scored three runs in a 10-0 defeat of Cleveland.

• Hagen WIlkey, Red Bank: His home run and three runs scored paced the Lions past Arts & Sciences in baseball, 10-4.

• Cooper Lewis, South Pittsburg: He knocked in the winning run in the ninth inning as the Pirates squeezed by Hixson, 3-2.

• Yuma Doi, David Barnes, Hunter Brock, McCallie: They scored the goals in a 3-0 soccer defeat of Boyd-Buchanan.

• Daniel Pare, McCallie: He won his No. 1 singles match by a perfect 6-0, 6-0 score in an 8-1 tennis win over Signal Mountain.
