KNOXVILLE - It took Farragut 21 years to get back to the high school football semifinals.

Considering the Admirals' dramatic and improbable 56-49 double-overtime victory over visiting Ooltewah in the Class 5A state quarterfinals Friday night, it was worth the wait.

Farragut (12-1) rallied from a 42-14 third-quarter deficit to claim the miracle win and advance to host next week's semifinal against South-Doyle (8-5). The Cherokees knocked off Morristown West, 41-34, in their quarterfinal game.
