The Chattanooga Lookouts will have to wait a little longer to pick up where they left off. Chattanooga, which won 10 of its last 11 games in the Southern League's first half to roll to the North Division title, had its second-half opener Thursday night at AT&T Field rained out. The Lookouts were supposed to play Pensacola, and those two teams are scheduled to play tonight and Saturday night at 7:15, with fireworks following both contests. Saturday is also "Star Wars Night." Thursday's game now will be part of two seven-inning games Sunday, with the first of those scheduled for 4:15. The AT&T gates will open Sunday at 3:30. The Lookouts have lost four home dates this season due to rain after not losing any last year in their 70-game AT&T schedule. Chattanooga lost six home dates in 2015 and lost five in 2013.

Steven Swann and Logan Henderson of the Springville Anglers in Alabama, winners of the Costa Bassmaster High School Southern Open in April, took the lead Thursday with 24-1 - a record round for a Bassmaster high school event. Christopher Miller and Bryant Cooper of Tellico Plains are tied for 25th at 18-1, and Grundy County's Kyle Palmer and Kyle Ingleburger are 44th at 16-9. The top 12 teams after today's round will compete Saturday in the final round, but bad weather is feared for today.
