Biscuits edge Lookouts, 2-1

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Chattanooga pitchers Rubby De La Rosa and Cole St. Clair combined to allow only three hits Tuesday, but Montgomery made the most of them in winning 2-1 and ending the Lookouts' three-game winning streak.

De La Rosa gave up a single and made a throwing error to help the Biscuits grab a 1-0 lead in the third inning, but the Lookouts (17-15) tied it in the eighth when Brad Coon doubled to center field and scored on Alfredo Silverio's single to center. In the bottom of the eighth, Kyeong Kang was hit by a St. Clair pitch, went to second on a sacrifice and scored on Tim Beckham's single to center.

Game three of the five-game series in Montgomery is this morning at 11:35 EDT. Nate Eovaldi (1-1, 3.86 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Chris Archer (0-1, 5.93) scheduled for the Biscuits.
