Lookouts drop road series at Pensacola

PENSACOLA, Fla. - Billy Hamilton went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and three stolen bases as Pensacola beat the Chattanooga Lookouts 7-3 on Sunday to win the series three games to two.

A Brahiam Maldonado home run to left field in the first inning helped stake the Lookouts to a 2-0 lead, but the Blue Wahoos quickly pulled even and then broke a 2-2 tie in the fourth inning when Hamilton singled to left to score Brodie Greene and Mark Fleury.

Hamilton had an RBI triple to center in the sixth inning as Pensacola scored twice more to take a 6-2 lead.

The Lookouts are off today before hosting Jacksonville on Tuesday night at 7:15.

Matt Magill (9-6, 3.96) is scheduled to start the opener for the Lookouts, with Matthew Neil (2-6, 4.54) scheduled for the Blue Wahoos.
