Lookouts wallop Mississippi, 10-3

PEARL, Miss. -- Every member of Chattanooga's starting lineup collected at least one hit as the Lookouts won 10-3 against the Mississippi Braves in Southern League baseball Tuesday night.

Chattanooga (15-11) wound up taking three of four games from Mississippi.

The Lookouts struck quickly with a three-run first inning that was highlighted by Luis Nunez's triple to center field that scored Nick Buss and Kyle Russell. The Braves crept back to within 5-3 in the eighth before Chattanooga produced another three-run inning that was headed by Russell's two-run home run to right.

Nunez was 2-for-4 with the triple, a double and three RBIs, Russell scored three times and Rafael Ynoa and Anthony Jackson each was 2-for-5 with two runs and an RBI for Chattanooga.

The Lookouts are off today before hosting Tennessee on Thursday night at 7:15. Aaron Miller (4-6, 4.25 ERA) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with Erik Jokisch (5-1, 2.77) scheduled for the Smokies.
