Chattanooga Lookouts lose in extra innings at Pensacola

Ryan LaMarre's single to right with nobody out in the 10th inning scored Bryson Smith to give Pensacola a second consecutive extra-inning win over Chattanooga with a 4-3 win Wednesday.

Omar Luna's single to center in the eighth inning scored Yasiel Puig and Blake Smith to give the Lookouts (15-24) a 3-2 lead, but Pensacola pulled even later in the eighth when Joe Mather singled to right to score Mike Gilmartin. The two teams played 13 innings Tuesday night, with the Blue Wahoos winning 10-9.

Game five of a five-game series in Pensacola is tonight at 8 EDT.

Ross Stripling (1-0, 1.50) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with Tim Crabbe (2-1, 2.60) scheduled for the Blue Wahoos.
