The Chattanooga Lookouts won for the fifth time in a row Saturday night, this time with a 3-1 defeat of Pensacola at AT&T Field. Yasiel Puig batted in all three runs for the home team.

The Lookouts (21-27) scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning, when pinch hitter Brian Cavazos-Galvez opened with a double off Wilkin De La Rosa, Rafael Ynoa bunted him to third, Miguel Rojas and Joc Pederson walked and Puig greated new reliever Bruce Pearl with a two-run single. After another walk, a double play kept the damage to the Blue Wahoos from being worse.

Theo Bowe's two-out home run gave Pensacola (16-30) a 1-0 lead in the sixth, but the Lookouts quickly answered with Puig's sacrifice fly scoring Ynoa, who walked ahead of a Rojas single.

Chattanooga's Andrew Santiago allowed four hits and struck out seven batters in 5 2/3 innings, and three relievers yielded no hits.

Tonight's 6:15 game will start as a pitching matchup of Smiths. Steve Smith, recently assigned to Chattanooga from Albuquerque, where he was 1-0 with a 4.13 ERA, will go against the Blue Wahoos' Josh Smith (3-4, 3.66).
