Shelton pitches Chattanooga Lookouts to seventh win in row

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Matt Shelton pitched six scoreless innings Friday night to lead the Chattanooga Lookouts to their seventh consecutive victory, 3-0 over the Montgomery Biscuits.

The Lookouts, 21-25 in the second half of the Southern League season, gave Shelton all the support he needed in the second inning when Walter Ibarra's double to left field scored Daniel Mayora and O'Koyea Dickson. They made it 3-0 in the third inning on a Corey Seager double to left that scored Scott Schebler.

Game four of the five-game series is tonight at 7:35 EDT.Steve Smith (0-0, 5.73 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Grayson Garvin (0-6, 3.95) scheduled for the Biscuits.
