After the Chattanooga Lookouts completed a 5-0 victory that began Monday night at Jacksonville, they lost 5-4 in the scheduled Tuesday night Southern League baseball game against the Suns.

Levi Michael's two-run home run to right field in the seventh inning helped Chattanooga finish off Monday night's game, which the Lookouts led 3-0 when the rain arrived. In the regularly scheduled game, which was shortened to seven innings, Jacksonville bolted out to a 5-0 lead after three innings on the strength of Zack Cox's two-run single to center field and a triple to left by David Adams.

Adam Walker and Stuart Turner had RBI singles for the Lookouts, who slipped to 2-9 in the league's second half when their rally fell short.

The wrapup of the five-game series in Jacksonville is today at 1:05. David Hurlbut (3-4, 6.37 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Scott Lyman (0-3, 7.85) scheduled for the Suns.
