Edgar Corcino and Mitch Garver had RBI doubles to key a three-run eighth inning as the Chattanooga Lookouts topped Mobile 3-1 in the series finale Monday night at AT&T Field.

The Lookouts improved to 15-10, having won all five of their series in the Southern League's second half three games to two. They have won 10 consecutive series dating back to the first half and are 32-18 in that stretch.

Chattanooga entered the eighth inning with just three hits but stayed close due to starting pitcher Stephen Gonsalves, who struck out nine in seven innings and allowed two hits and one run. The BayBears took a 1-0 lead in the seventh when Jamie Westbrook drew a walk and David Peralta followed with an RBI double to center field.

The Lookouts are off today before traveling to Jackson, which is where they lost their last series in late May.
