Saturday's recap: A Mason Robbins single to center field with two out in the ninth inning off Todd Van Steensel scored pinch-runner Jeff Gelalich from second base to clinch the win for Birmingham, which won three of five games in the series. The Barons scored the game's first six runs, using doubles by Hunter Jones, Toby Thomas and Ronald Bueno in a three-run fourth inning. Chattanooga (30-25) trailed 6-0 entering the eighth inning, when the Lookouts tied it on the strength of RBI singles by Edgar Corcino and LaMonte Wade, Dan Gamache's double to left that scored Corcino and Wade, and T.J. White's single to left that scored Gamache.

Next up: Game one of a five-game series against Jackson at AT&T Field is this afternoon at 5:15.

Pitchers: Fernando Romero (4-5, 3.63) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, while the Generals have yet to announce their starter.
