Landon Donovan, U.S. Soccer stars to hold youth clinic in Chattanooga

Former USMNT superstars Landon Donovan, Brian Ching and Stuart Holden will host a weekend full of events May 20-21 for the Chattanooga community.

Donovan, Ching and Holden are the founders of HELM (Humility Education Leadership and Motivation), and have partnered with the Chattanooga Football Club Foundation to host a youth soccer clinic, a family fun run, a kiddie k, a 5K a raffle giving away jerseys, autographed memorabilia and more. There will also be chances for individuals and/or families to have a picture made with Donovan, Ching and Holden.

All proceeds from the events go to the CFC Foundation.

The youth clinic begins Friday night (4 p.m. - 7 p.m.), May 20, for girls and boys ages 9-17. Space will be limited to 50 youth with registration ending May 19. The Family Fun Run and Kiddie Walk are Saturday morning beginning at 8 a.m. Prize giveaways will be held during halftime of the Chattanooga FC 2016 home opener against Nashville FC. The photo-op will follow the game, between 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
